Deze ruime woning met plaats op de oprit voor twee auto's, een garage, plantenkas en lounge/berging in de tuin, is zeer goed onderhouden. De laatste beurt door de vaste schilder buiten is gedaan in september 2025 en daarbij zijn ook binnen alle raamvoegen opnieuw gekit. Het kleurschema is gebaseerd op de beroemde architect en meubelmaker Gerrit Rietveld. Alle kamers hebben een laminaatvloer van het merk Pergo -het origineel- met 30 jaar garantie. De hete lucht verwarming met roosters in de vloer is zeer behaaglijk en uitbreidbaar met een koelsysteem. De zonnepanelen zijn geplaatst in 2024 op basis van een leveranciersselectie door de consumentenbond en er is een volledige prestatie-garantie van 25 jaar.
In de ruime tuin, het gehele perceel is 680m2, heb je veel privacy en groeien en bloeien de palmbomen al 20 jaar onderhoudsvrij. Je kunt dus ongestoord wonen, maar gelijktijdig is er ook een buurt-app, een jaarlijkse BBQ en zijn er meer Laarpark-activiteiten. Scholen en sport-accomodaties zijn er voor alle leeftijden en voor de kleintjes is er een nabij speelveldje.
Bij het betreden van de woning kom je in een ruime hal die rolstoelvriendelijk is en de kapstok met maar liefst 1,90 meter hangruimte vind je direct rechts om de hoek in de werkkamer. Deze is ruim 20 m2 groot en kan dienst doen als professioneel kantoor. Ook het toilet is ruim te noemen en voorzien van een moderne wasbak.
Rechtdoor kom je in de 6 meter brede woonkamer met een versmald eetgedeelte en een totale lengte van 9,2 meter. Het buitenlicht komt hier vanuit 3 kanten, zelfs 4 als je het licht uit de keuken meerekent. Er is een schuifpui naar de tuin, maar deze kun je ook bereiken via de toegangsdeur in de keuken. De open haard is van het premium merk Boley, brandt op gas en heeft een afstandsbediening.
De keuken biedt plaats aan 5 eters aan het U-vormige werkblad en de architectuur heeft voorzien in langwerpige brede buitenramen die precies grenzen tussen het werkblad en de bovenkasten. De rode hoogglans versterkt het lichte en ruime gevoel en kan eventueel gemakkelijk vervangen worden door een andere kleur. De apparatuur is in de loop der jaren ten dele vervangen en daardoor in top-staat met o.a: vaatwasser, oven, magnetron-combi-oven, hoge koelkast, boiler en afzuigkap. De staande vriezer staat in de aangrenzende bijkeuken die tevens binnendoor toegang geeft tot de tuin en de garage. Een eventuele 2e badkamer kan hier gerealiseerd worden. De garage meet 3 bij 6.40 en is nu vooral in gebruik voor opslag.
Nemen we in de hal de trap naar boven dan treffen we 4 kamers, de badkamer en een inloopkast. Twee kamers hebben een dakkapel en de andere twee hebben elk 2 Velux dakramen; zo hebben ook deze kamers daglicht vanuit meerdere kanten. De ruimste kamer kan met bijna 5*4 meter tippen aan de werkkamer beneden. De badkamer is een klassieker met het zwart-witte tegelontwerp en de moderne wastafels. De wamwater-geiser staat op de vliering op korte afstand dus het water is direct warm. De vliering zelf is toegankelijk via een luik in een van de slaapkamers en bevat ook de omvormers voor de zonnepanelen. Hier is ruimte voor opslag, net als in de inloopkast en bergruimtes onder het dak in elke kamer.
De lounge/bergruimte in de tuin heeft plaats voor 4 fietsen en een opbergkast. De kussens van het zitje passen in een weersbestendige opbergkast direct achter de zitruimte. Het voorjaarszonnetje schijnt hier 's ochtends precies naar binnen en dan kun je al genieten van je ontbijtje terwijl het eigenlijk nog iets te fris lijkt. In de berging, kas en 3 andere plaatsen in de tuin is er stroomvoorziening en er is ook een sproei-installatie.

This spacious house with room in the driveway for two cars, a garage, greenhouse and lounge/storage room in the garden, is very well maintained. The last service by the regular painter outside was done in September 2025 and all window joints were also re-sealed. The colorscheme is based on the famous Dutch architect and designer of furniture Gerrit Rietveld. All rooms have a laminate floor from the brand Pergo -the original- with a 30-year warranty. The hot air heating with grids in the floor is very comfortable and can be expanded with a cooling system. The solar panels were installed in 2024 based on a supplier selection by the Dutch Consumer Association and there is a full performance warranty of 25 years.
In the spacious garden, the entire plot is 680m2, you have a lot of privacy and the palm trees have been growing and blooming maintenance-free for 20 years. So you can enjoy the privacy, but at the same time there is also a neighbourhood-app, an annual BBQ and there are more "Laarpark activities". Schools and sports facilities are available for all ages and for the little ones there is a nearby playing field.
Upon entering the house you enter a spacious hall that is wheelchair friendly and the coat rack with no less than 1.90 meters of hanging space can be found immediately around the corner in the study on the right. This is over 20 m2 in size and can serve as a professional office. The toilet is also spacious and equipped with a modern sink.
Straight ahead you enter the 6 meter wide living room with a narrowed dining area and a total length of 9.2 meters. The outside light here comes from 3 sides, even 4 if you include the light from the kitchen. There is a sliding door to the garden, but you can also reach it through the entrance door in the kitchen. There is a fireplace from the premium brand Boley and the flameheight can be set with the remote control.
The kitchen seats 5 diners at the U-shaped worktop and the architecture has provided elongated wide exterior windows that are precisely adjacent between the worktop and the wall units. The red high gloss enhances the light and spacious feeling and can easily be replaced by another color if needed. The equipment has been partly replaced over the years and is therefore in top condition with, among other things: dishwasher, oven, microwave-combi oven, high refrigerator, boiler and extractor hood. The upright freezer is in the adjoining utility room which also gives access to the garden and garage from the inside. A possible 2nd bathroom can be realized here. The garage measures 3 by 6.40 meters and is now mainly used for storage.
If we take the stairs up in the hall, we find 4 rooms, the bathroom and a walk-in closet. Two rooms have a dormer window and the other two each have 2 Velux skylights; These rooms also have daylight from several sides. The most spacious room can match the study downstairs with almost 5*4 meters. The bathroom is a classic with the black and white tile design and modern sinks. The water geyser is located in the attic a short distance away, so the water is immediately warm. The attic itself is accessed through a hatch in one of the bedrooms and also contains the inverters for the solar panels. There is space for storage here, as well as in the walk-in closet and storage spaces under the roof in every room.
The lounge/storage room in the garden has space for 4 bicycles and a storage cupboard. The seat cushions fit into a weatherproof storage compartment directly behind the seating area. The spring sun shines right in here in the morning and then you can already enjoy your breakfast while it actually seems a bit too chilly. In the storage room, greenhouse and 3 other places there is a power supply and there is also a sprinkler system.
